2. Description of Service

Navartha operates an online business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) local search directory and connection portal. We enable business owners to publish listing profiles, highlight promotional offers, and receive client inquiries. We enable visitors to discover services, write ratings/reviews, and contact businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, search algorithm, or subscription tier of the platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Registration & Account Security

To create listings, manage reviews, or upgrade billing plans, you must register for a Navartha account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your encrypted password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account.

4. Listing Ownership & Claim Policies

Business owners listing their companies on Navartha represent and warrant that they possess the legal authority to represent the business.

All listings are reviewed by site administrators before going live. We reserve the right to reject, archive, or edit listings that contain false address parameters, invalid phone numbers, or misleading services. If you claim an existing unclaimed listing, you must provide valid business registration or MSME certificates upon request.

5. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors on the platform:

• Publishing fake, biased, or compensated reviews to artificially alter ratings.
• Scraping business directory databases, phone numbers, or email listings using bots or scripts.
• Sending unsolicited marketing materials, spam campaigns, or phishing links through listing contact forms.
• Uploading copyright-infringing images, logos, or offensive descriptions.
• Impersonating another person, representative, or business entity.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Plans

Certain features, such as premium listings, promotional booster visibility, and AI descriptions audit tools require paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, or Business plans).

All payments are processed securely via third-party processors (Stripe/Razorpay). Subscriptions are charged on a recurring billing cycle. Cancelation requests can be submitted at any time from your billing dashboard. Refunds are subject to our standard review policies and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform design, logos, search algorithms, styling frameworks, and copywriting templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Navartha Technologies, Inc.

By submitting text description, gallery images, or logos to your business listings, you grant Navartha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, index, and cache that content for public discovery purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

⚠️ Disclaimer: Navartha provides the directory platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not inspect physical storefronts or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered by businesses listed on our platform. All customer transactions and service agreements are solely between the seeker and the listed provider.

Navartha shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your transactions or communication with business owners listed on the site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Navartha Technologies, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms of Use, or disputes with clients/providers.

10. Termination of Accounts & Listings

Our administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account, archive your business listings, and block your IP access if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in activities that harm the platform's community trust.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or platform utilization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
